I am a fan of Sex and the City but was truly disappointment in the movie. The storyline is 2 1/2 hrs long and is full of predictable twists and turns. Was a really ready for it to be over about half way through the movie? You bet! Not even the graphic and provocative sex scenes could hold my attention and not even the fashion. I was totally burnt out on my four favorite women by the time the movie ended.
HBO could have aired the Sex and the City movie as a four-part HBO miniseries. I’m so distraught because the anticipation was killing me for many months and now that the movie is out, I’m sorry I spent my hard-earned $9. I could have bought two gallons of gas with that money!

Well, tonight is the big night. I’m off to see the eagerly anticipated Sex and the City movie. I anticipate it will be very inspiring, thought provoking and, of course, full of sex, fashion and New York City living. I absolutely love that city! I will post a review here tomorrow for all to enjoy! Wish me luck! This is a midnight showing….surely my adrenalin will kick in and I’ll be able to stay away…
I’m off to catch a power nap!
