Well, Star Tex Power continues to be one of the worst electric providers in the state of Texas. We are experiencing 103 degree temperatures today and they have ordered that my electric service be disconnected for no reason. My bill has been paid in full and there is no outstanding balance. I’ve tried emailing them - no response. I’ve tried calling and I’m left on hold for over 20 minutes. I guess they don’t care about their quality of service and do not care if the Public Utility Commission of Texas gets involved. That is my next project.. to make official complaint. Of course, after I slam them on every blog and media outlet I can find.
